Tails of the Okanagan is a fundraising book project by local West Kelowna pet photographer, Erin Brodsky of Erin Brodsky Photography. It tells the stories of dogs and cats here in the Okanagan, and how they have changed the lives of their families. This limited edition book features photographs of these amazing pets - all while fundraising for a wonderful cause - rescue dogs in need from Paws It Forward Dog Rescue.

Tails of the Okanagan Registration* - For One Pet: $99
Your registration fee includes:
- A 30-45 minute pet photo session for one pet from one household (can upgrade to the Pack Registration for more than one pet from the same household and to include people in session) with Erin Brodsky Photography
- Double-page spread telling the story of your pet and featuring beautiful photographs of your pet in the Tails of the Okanagan book
- Erin Brodsky Photography will donate 50% of the registration fee to Paws it Forward Dog Rescue, so your registration helps them continue to rescue more dogs in need
Tails of the Okanagan Registration* - For Multiple Pets: $149
Your registration fee includes:
- A 30-45 minute pet photo session for up to 3 pets from one household (can upgrade to the Pack Registration for more than one pet from the same household and to include people in session) with Erin Brodsky Photography
- Double-page spread telling the story of your pets and featuring beautiful photographs of your pets in the Tails of the Okanagan book
- Erin Brodsky Photography will donate 50% of the registration fee to Paws it Forward Dog Rescue, so your registration helps them continue to rescue more dogs in need
Tails of the Okanagan Pack Registration* - For One Pet or Multiple Pets & Family: $299**
Your registration fee includes:
- A full 60-90 minute pet photo session for up to 4 pets from one household and can also include you and your family (only pet photos will be featured in the book)
- Double-page spread telling the story of your pets and featuring beautiful photographs of your pet in the Tails of the Okanagan book
- Erin Brodsky Photography will donate 50% of the registration fee to Paws it Forward Dog Rescue, so your registration helps them continue to rescue more dogs in need
- Includes a $150 artwork credit to use on any artwork purchase at your Reveal and Ordering Session**
*Registration fee does not include any digital files, prints, artwork, or the Tails of the Okanagan book, but these are available to be purchased at your Reveal and Ordering Session after your photo session.
**Artwork credit must be redeemed at Reveal and Ordering Session, cannot be transferred, and is not redeemable for cash.
All sessions must take place within a 50km radius of Kelowna, and location must be a mutually agreed upon area that is dog-friendly and dog-safe.
Photo sessions will be held from March 2022 - March 2023.
All registration fees must be paid at time of registration at the Pre-Session Consultation and Erin Brodsky Photography will be donating 50% of the registration fee to Paws it Forward Dog Rescue in Kelowna. The artwork credit in the Pack Registration fee must be used at the Reveal & Ordering appointment, cannot be transferred, and is not redeemable for cash.
Registration fees do not include any digital files, prints, artwork, or the Tails of the Okanagan book, but these are available to be purchased at your Reveal and Ordering Session after your photo session. Most clients can expect to spend between $1500 - $2500 on custom artwork of their pet for their home. Wall artwork is available starting at $999.
All registrants must sign a photography contract and a model and property release form (to allow for photographs to be published in the Tails of the Okanagan book that is for sale) for the book before their registration spot is secured.
Limited spaces are available for the book and after all of the registration spots fill, registration will end.
Tails of the Okanagan is a limited-edition hard-cover coffee table book that is professionally designed and will be published at a TBD date expected to be at the end of 2023.

Afterwards, if you have been chosen to be in the book, you will receive an email from Erin Brodsky Photography to schedule a pre-session planning consultation.
The complimentary pre-session planning consultation over Zoom is to plan all of the details of your Tails of the Okanagan session, and to book your date for your session. After the planning session meeting, you will receive an invoice and a contract/property release form via email and once paid and signed, it will secure your registration and session for the book.
